How much can I earn?
You get a guaranteed minimum business of ₹65,000 every month.** Work more, earn more. There is no upper limit.
Does Blush take commission?
No. 0% commission on every booking. You pay a flat ₹150 per day. Everything else you earn is yours.
How much do I need to start?
Just ₹5,000. In return, you get a professional kit worth ₹31,250 to start working from day one.
Do I need to pay for training?
No. Training is free. You get 7 days of training on services, customer handling and Blush standards.
Do I need beauty experience?
You need basic beauty skills. We check them in a simple skill test, and our training gets you ready for Blush customers.
I don’t have a bike. Can I still join?
Yes. We offer bike rental and vehicle loan options. You just need to know how to ride a two-wheeler.
How far will I travel for jobs?
Jobs are within 0–4 km of your area, so less travel and more bookings.
What are the working hours?
8 AM to 9 PM. Choose an 8, 10 or 12-hour shift, with 1 day off every week.
How do I join?
Apply → Counselling → Skill Test → Training → Onboarding → Start Earning. The skill test is at our Marathahalli centre.
